Fireworks


The inspiration for this piece came from attending a firework display and watching the explosion of colour created in the night sky by the rockets.  i wondered how I could re-create it with beadwork.

Tiny black beads depict the dark sky, which start at the back of the piece and graduate from grey through to white each side.  As the two sides meet at the centre front a mass of Swarovski crystals give the sparkle that only they can.
